These Terms of Service govern your use of the WellFed website and your purchase of meals, subscriptions, delivery services, and related products from WellFed Delivery Service Inc., doing business as WellFed.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All product descriptions, menus, prices, and availability are subject to change. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and WellFed has confirmed the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, delivery address, contact information, and selected delivery date before completing checkout.

FOOD, INGREDIENTS, AND ALLERGIES

WellFed prepares food in a commercial kitchen where common allergens may be present. Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying WellFed about relevant allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. WellFed products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

DELIVERY

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and complete delivery instructions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, operating conditions, or other circumstances outside WellFed’s control.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Because our products are perishable, food items generally cannot be returned. For information about damaged, incorrect, missing, or delayed orders, please review our Return and Refund Policy or contact admin@bewellfed.net.

SMS DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS

If you separately opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from WellFed at the mobile number provided. Messages may include order confirmations, dispatch notifications, driver assignment, estimated arrival times, and delivery completion notices.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact admin@bewellfed.net.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers may complete an order without opting in to SMS messages. This SMS program is intended for transactional delivery notifications and is not used for promotional marketing messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WEBSITE USE

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with website operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

WellFed owns or licenses the website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute that content without permission.

CHANGES

WellFed may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
