Our new menu is available Monday afternoons each week on our site. Orders must be placed by Thursday Evening at 11pm.

There is no minimum. Please order as many or few items to make your life easier.

Due to a large volume of orders at once, we are unable to modify orders or meals. This includes modifications to subscriptions. We can accommodate allergies, please note them at check out.

Don’t worry, we’re still here to feed you. Stop by our grab and go where we keep meals stocked for you to grab throughout the week.

No! Subscriptions are a great way to maximize convenience, or set it and forget it.
We offer the option to order a-la-cart to really fulfill your needs.

Yes! Everything! Including our packaged snacks.
We are also completely Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar Free, and Seed Oil Free.

All of our meals are made fresh with no preservatives. Meals are best consumed within 5 days of delivery.

Yes, certain meals freeze great! We recommend removing the sauce if include!

Due to a large volume of orders we will do our best to accommodate delivery windows. Traffic & weather conditions may interfere with our routes. We do not offer refunds on deliveries made outside of the delivery windows. We will accommodate and reschedule deliveries as necessary.

M-F 8:00am-3pm

We deliver to Philadelphia and within a 40 mile radius. This covers most of Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery County.
We deliver to South Jersey, ONLY on SUNDAY evenings.

Our delivery drivers will reach out via text before delivery. They will also notify with a photo once the delivery is completed.

Standard: 4oz Protein, 5oz Carbohydrate, 3oz Vegetable
High Protein: 5.5oz Protein, 5oz Carbohydrate, 3oz Vegetable

Any meal that includes rice or pasta usually has a lower carb, vegetable focused alternative
Not all meals have a low carb option.
