  • Do the meals have macros?

    Each meal has a label that includes macros and ingredients based on the option that was ordered. Macro/nutritional info is not available on the website, but we are always here to answer questions or provide ahead if necessary.

  • Are all meals gluten and dairy free?

    100% of our meals are gluten free.

    The only time we use dairy is in some of our bowls with feta, which can be easily modified. The menu always states ingredients with dairy.

  • How do I order?

    Orders on our website are open Tuesday-Friday Evening, we take the shop down over the weekend to prepare your food. Our weekly menu releases on Tuesday morning each week. Sign up to our email list to never miss a menu drop!

  • Where & when is delivery?

    Meals are delivered each Monday in the time frame chosen at check out (AM or PM.) We deliver to Philadelphia, Bucks & Montgomery County, as well as part of NJ.

    We also have pick up location for members of our partner gyms!

  • How often is your menu updated?

    Our menu is updated every week with new options to choose from. The new menu is available every Monday to order for delivery the following week

  • Are your meals frozen?

    Our meals are never frozen. Our local kitchen and delivery allows for your meals to be made and delivered fresh each week.

  • Can I freeze my meals?

    Yes! Some of our meals are perfect to freeze! Reach out to us and we can help with the best freezer friendly options.

  • How long will my meals last?

    Our meals are good for 6 days upon Monday delivery

  • How do the subscriptions work?

    Subscriptions are the best way to keep you WellFed. By choosing a subscription of 5 or 10 meals, your order will automatically renew each week.

  • How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

    Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled on our website through your account.

  • How do I purchase a gift card?

    Electronic gift cards are available on our website through the "order" page.

  • If I want to pick up my meals, how late can I pick them up?

    Our pick-up locations have varying hours. Some have Hours as early as 5:30 AM and as late as until 8 PM at night. Please reach out to us regarding hours at specific locations.

  • What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

    We guarantee delivery within the timeframe that you select at check out. You will receive notice 15 minutes prior to delivery. We recommend leaving a cooler outside for your meals if you are unsure you'll be home during the timeframe.
